Hi guys,
On Thursday night @ 6:00 PM, PRHS (or whichever group/club/organization affiliated with PRHS that Amy is apart of) is having a "Preview The Ridge" night for upcoming Freshman and whomever to come and preview the 'Ridge (but I bet you already figured that out). Anywho, Amy has invited us to this event to show off robots, play with robots, and overall show our coolness and recruit.
I have yet to get a official word on this, but is there anyone able to come on such a night? It would be great if we could do this.

I will also be able to attend. So...some questions.
Are we meeting at Mr. Smith's office earlier to pack? Are we bringing both the c-base and the rover, are we going to run any of the robots?
As I said in my email, I'm working on some fliers. They won't be anything spectacular, I'm just using templates.

I'm still not 100% sure we have a spot to display stuff yet, so not making anything concrete at the moment.
Overall, it depends if we're going and who is going to come. If we have time, yeah sure we can bring both, but I'm not sure if we're going to be able to run them.
I think we have a few fliers in the backroom somewhere, though that is just a thought.

Amy's email sounded as if we were pretty confirmed, but please try to confirm it ASAP. I'll go ahead and make fliers. We can hand these out at Orientation as well.

well if can only bring one we can bring the logan rover and run it on battery power and if we get a good spot than we can run the c-base.....

I have made a few fliers and over all the response to the 3rd flier I made has been the best. I will send the flier to Mrs. Strain to get printed. We can hand out these fliers tonight and at Orientation on August 6th.
