Thanks to all who attended. I think we really made a hit. Plus I think we picked up a really dedicated member.

Idk about the others, but I thought it went really well. I was sorry I had to leave early.

Are you talking about the girl in the green shirt or the guy that kept on asking questions and drove for a bit?

today went excellent (minus the chain and hitch lock breaking...and stephen and my group of freshies........UGH!)

but yeah, it was good, hopefully we can get more at orientation

I was also thinking about Kapp when I saw the kid. :D.

If we could do what we did at this Preview during Orientation, that would be amazing, and I'm sure we'd draw more attention because
1. there would be more people coming through
2. There will be parents along with the students, so they might get joint interest. :D

The guy who drove the robot a lot. His name is Rusty.

do you think it would be better to go outside or get the tarp again?

Tarp worked fine, besides not having it anchored very well, but it still worked quite fine spite that. Outside definitely wouldn't work with the weather being so crazy lately. Plus, outside would be a combination of cars and stuff. People just wanting to get in to see the stuff inside. We'd probably just be creating a traffic jam.

i agree. we could work with the custodians to get a spot to run the bot, usin the tarp. and we have some tape that wont ruin the floor wax crap, so that should be able to help a lil
