Γεια σας, everyone! This is our last issue of the Syndication for this semester.

The meeting on December 7 was our last meeting for this semester; we will not have a meeting next week.

The team discussed the following data on this week's meeting:

* VEX Robotics Competition: Spring Season
* FIRST Robotics Competition: Training
* FIRST Robotics Competition: Kickoff
* Team communications: Forum

1. VEX Robotics Competition: Spring Season
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
For the teams who wish to participate in the Forsyth County VEX Qualifier during the spring season, please contact Logan. This particular qualifier is much more competitive than our home competition and will require a higher quality design and construction. Please note that the competition will also overlap with the FRC robot construction period; if you are willing to participate in the VEX event, it is highly suggested that you take the robot home during winter vacation.

2. Canned Food Drive
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you have any spare canned foods, please donate them for the better cause. Mrs. Rutland will be collecting these items by December 13.

3. FIRST Robotics Competition: Kickoff
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The FIRST Robotics Competition is approaching soon! We will participate in the Kickoff event on Saturday, January 8, at the Ferst Center for the Arts on Georgia Tech’s campus via carpool. Parents, please contact Mrs. Rutland (mary_rutland@gwinnett.k12.ga.us) if you are available to carpool during this all-day event.

4. Team communication: Forum
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
The team will communicate during the winter vacation by the use of the forum.

To identify the users on the board, it would be preferable if members would register their IDs with their first name (and last initial/name, if desired so). This allows each members to identify each other easily during the spring season. Please note that an administrator will need to authenticate your account manually and may require two-three days to complete.

If you encounter any problems during this process, please contact me.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you for reading this semester's Syndication. Have a safe and an enjoyable winter vacation, and I hope to see you again during the spring season!

Sincerely,
Paul Han
