Palmetto 2010 Win

Post by freds »

Can you believe! It has been 5 years since 1261 has won a regional and 4 years for myself - the team started in 2004.

I am very proud of the complete team! A win definitely helps justify all the hard work and many hours.

I think our drive team has finally earned a driver's license, and Sunny on his birthday (Outbacks). Our scouting team was exceptional with the leadership of Stephen Mihalko coming back.

You have to give credit to all, but especially our team with their determination to win! Tanner, Sunny, Logan, Kapp who wanted a better ball manipulator, and just our human player - Patrick, as he says.

Logan's Dad is already talking about St. Louis!

What a great experience especially for our freshman, sophmore, and juniors - to see what it is all about!

What time is it?

I don't think it's been quite that long...'07, '08, '09...3 years, but I'm glad that we got this win. My senior class would have been the first senior class to leave without a gold medal, and that was a huge burden to get off with this win.
