Camp Invention is a camp for elementary school age kids. It is put on by the Inventors Hall of fame http://www.invent.org/.
The Robolions have demonstrated their robots and shared information about Robotics, FLL, and the Robolions at the Mason Camp Invention 3 previous summers.
We want Robotics team members to come to Mason for a demonstration at approximately 2:20pm. If you want to come earlier to help the Mason campers complete their camp projects AND to gain volunteer hours please let me know - this can be arranged withthe camp director. You will need to bring a volunteer form to be signed. The Demo for 1 hour can also be logged.

Are you guys organizing what gets brought to Camp invention and letting team members know what they need to bring or wear???

Let me know a day before how many people and the other plans. I will come at 2:20 to help out.

We will meet near the school entrnace - the cafeteria entrance is just to the right of there and thats where we need to set up.

Hello Everyone,

The camp invention timing has been changed. It is now from 1 PM to 3 PM. We will set up at 1 and then the actually present at 2.

So far I have

Me
Tyler
Samir
Brittany.

One more person would be nice.

Also, Tanner, are we a go for Thursday's meeting to pack up stuff?

Depends when. I personally can't get ya'll in until after 3:00 (subject to change due to work, but 'round there), but Dad may be able to help if you guys plan before then.

I'm fine with meeting at 4:00. We don't need too much, so yeah.

Errr... Slight problemo; the CBase is missing a complete wiring system and I think its missing a chain on one side. So yeah, either that'd have to be fixed before Friday/Thursday (which would involve Stephen and a few newbies). 'Course that is assuming we're bring that. In my opinion, the Logon Rover is so much cooler.

Also, if we're going to do this, someone needs to figure out how ya'll are going to get there, how the robot is going to get there, how ya'll will arrange meeting up at Dad's office (supposedly) and stuff like that.

I'm not sure if Dad would be able to, but I'm welcome to ask him.

Well i believe that Thursday all we need is the people who can do those jobs and the can help pack.....

Now we all need a place to meet up Friday around 1ish so we can all get there on time and set up......

Can mr.Fred bring the robot and the c-base in the back of his truck.....
Cause there will people who have to go to the school and get some stuff im pretty sure of that.......

Everything we need that I can think of it at the office. Balls, batteries, chargers, wall adapters, control panel...etc

Let's plan to meet at Mr. Smith's office at 4 PM. We can pack, fix whatever is required, etc. We're taking both the rover and the c-base. So there is no lack of cool-ness.

As for Friday, if Mr. Smith is not available for the actual camp, then we need to pack the stuff up on Thursday in the cars of people who are actually going. But if he is available, then we can pack on Friday before we head to the camp. Tanner, please let me know if Mr. Smith is available at around 12:30 - 3 PM on Friday so we can plan accordingly. Also, please let him know about Thursday's meeting and get a confirmation.
