First Couple of Meetings

I guess we kinda discussed this in the fall intro. thread, but I wanted to get somethings confirmed.

1. Last year, in the fall, we met on Tuesdays. I'm assuming that day will be the same as we go into this fall season.

2. As we did last year, I think we should hold a Veterans meeting. I've given reasons as to why, plus it'll let us get
organized as a club/team before we present to the new members. During this first meeting, we should put the fliers
that we generally post around the school. I think that the first meeting should be scheduled for August 11th.

3. The freshman meeting should then take place one week later, on August 18th. I need this date confirmed because
I will have to get fliers to match the date.

We can use the veterans meeting to run through some of the timing things about the freshman meeting as well as
figure who's going to be doing what. (for example: the video, driving the bot, presenting to the new members, etc.)

I will have a finalized copy of the membership handout in a couple of days. We will also need to confirm this because
the current plan is to hand these out at first freshman meeting.

Finally, how are we handling registration this year? Can we tell them to go through the website?

i need to know too, bc of my work schedule. i suggest we keep tuesdays bc those seem to work the best.
